SERVICE & MAINTENANCE PLANS
We are pleased to present our professional HVAC Service Agreement per system, which includes a comprehensive list of services to ensure the optimal performance of your HVAC system:
• Thorough testing of the thermostat
• Accurate measurement of operating temperatures
• Visual inspection of accessible ductwork
• Adjustment of outdoor fan blade tightness
• Evaluation of motor operation
• Inspection of evaporator and condenser coils
• Monitoring of compressor operation and system freon pressures
• Visual inspection for refrigerant leaks
• Examination of all electrical connections
• Measurement of voltage and amperage
• Checking of safety controls
• Clearing of condensate drain lines
• Assessment for abnormal noise, corrosion, and excessive vibration
• Inspection of heater controls, air filter, and control circuit
• Deodorization of the air handler
GOLD SERVICE PLAN
This is our Gold Service Plan it is priced at $300.00 per year. It includes two tune-ups annually, along with a 10% discount on heating and cooling repairs and maintenance, and a 5% discount on new systems. Regular service calls are available for $80.00, after business hours and weekends are available for $90.00, with the added benefit of a 1-year labor warranty on parts and priority same-day service. Also, please note that if you sign up with a service agreement today the service call will be at no charge.
